At Jade, we are more than just a team. We are a family that works together to achieve an above-and-beyond, tailored experience for our guests. As a team-based salon, we will work together to find the stylist or esthetician who most fits your needs. It is our goal to achieve 100% guest satisfaction during all experiences.

Yes. We do require a card on file at the time of booking for all of our appointments.

We accept debit cards, credit cards (amex, discover, visa, mastercard), cash, check, JADE gift cards, Aveda gift cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. A 3% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.

We ask for 24-hours notice to cancel or to make any changes to your appointment. Any appointment that is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or no showed is subject to be charged. Someone from our leadership team will reach out to you before doing so.

For the safety of your child and our team, we ask that any children under the age of 10 be supervised by another adult who is not receiving a service.

At JADE, we have 5 levels of stylists and 2 levels of estheticians. These levels are based upon the artist’s experience, education and length of time they’ve been at JADE. Pricing of each level varies.

A deposit may be required to hold your color or chemical service. A deposit will be required for all microblading and bridal services. We only accept deposits in person, through our secure payment system and would never ask for payment through Cash App, Venmo or any other personal payment apps.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, Jade cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your service. Please allow yourself plenty of time to make it to your appointment and to find parking.

Pricing of services and products are subject to change at any time. If you have a question or concern about pricing, please be sure to confirm with one of our Guest Care members at time of booking or purchase.

JADE offers endless opportunities for our team to grow. We are constantly looking for models for upcoming classes and trainings. If you are interested in being a model for any of these, please let us know.

At Jade, we understand that sometimes it takes a small adjustment to land exactly where you want to be, and we’re happy to make those refinements. If you’re not completely loving your hair, please contact us within 14 days of your original appointment so we can assess and schedule any necessary adjustments.
Adjustments are completed with your original stylist whenever possible. If you choose to see a higher-level stylist, the difference in service pricing will apply.

You can bring your product(s) back for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. It cannot be used more than halfway. After 30 days, you are eligible for a store credit or an exchange. Unfortunately, we are unable to do returns or exchanges that were not originally purchased at JADE.
Non-returnable products include: liter sizes, travel sizes, limited edition items and aromas.
